Using client defined spiking requirements, ESS develops a spiking plan of sufficient detail to define the quantity of spiking material(s) and the number of spiking systems, man-hours, drive miles, travel & test days, hours/test day, etc required. 

These resource requirements are translated into costs using standard unit & per diem costs.

We make every effort to propose project scopes that are a thoughtful balance of realism and economy.  As a result, almost all of our projects are invoiced at the original proposal value.
