Toward that end, ESS conducts a critical review of every spiking project after the testing phase is completed and prior to preparing the spiking report. 

These constructive, proactive reviews are completed with the intent of identifying “lessons learned,” which are implemented through our “Project Plan” Template, training materials, and equipment fleet upgrades.
