ESS’ ISO 9001:2000 QMS Quality Manual

ESS has successfully developed a QMS and implemented the QMS with a comprehensive Quality Manual which cover all aspects of the spiking function including QA measures for: (1) equipment accuracy, operability, and reliability; (2) data recording/reduction/reporting systems; (3) spiking material preparation and documentation of composition; and (4) personnel training, testing, and certification.

ESS continuously reviews and periodically revises policies, methods and procedures, equipment, training, etc. as better alternative become known to us.
